本实用新型公开了一种电磁四通换向阀用支架,包括支架体、左凹槽支承体和右凹槽支承体,左凹槽支承体和右凹槽支承体分别连接在支架体的两端,左凹槽支承体包括左外支承面和左内支承面,右凹槽支承体包括右外支承面和右内支承面,左外支承面为圆弧形,右外支承面的直角形。本实用新型将支架左凹槽支承体的支承面设计为圆弧形,右凹槽支承体的支承面设计为直角形,先导阀体的结构也作相应改进,这样支架与先导阀体之间采用方角加圆角的结构进行连接,连接更加牢固,能够承受的扭矩力较大,提高了电磁线圈的最大紧固力矩,避免毛细管被扭断,能够有效防止产品潜在失效。将原来的部分圆弧改进为直角后,降低了整个支架的耗材,减少了资源消耗。

The change of original partial arc into the right angle decreases material consumption of the whole rack and decreases resource consumption.
