Abstract

A comby ceramic heating module with a temperature sensible unit includes a heating component and a temperature sensible component. The heating component includes a ceramic body, two conductive elements positioned on two contrary sides of the body, a plurality of comby air holes through the body parallel with each other and a plurality of thermometer holes positioned on the center of the air holes and parallel with the air holes. The temperature sensible component includes a temperature sensible end and a circuit end and inserts inside the thermometer hole of the heating component. The circuit end is away from the thermometer hole. The temperature sensible component is in series electric connection with the heating component. If the temperature of the heating component detected by the temperature sensible component is higher than a threshold value, the circuit automatically turns off, in order to cut off the power supply of the heating component. The utility model could accurately measure the temperature of the heating component and integrates the heating component with the temperature sensible component, in order to effectively lower the manufacture cost.
一种具有感温组件的蜂巢状陶瓷发热模块,包含:一发热组件及一感温组件。该发热组件包括一由陶瓷材质所制成的本体、设于本体相反两侧的两个导电部、多数个彼此平行地呈蜂巢孔洞形状且贯穿本体的风孔,及一平行于这些风孔且位于这些风孔的中心处的测温孔。该感温组件包括一感温端及一电路端,该感温端插伸于该发热组件的测温孔内,而该电路端远离该测温孔。感温组件与该发热组件以串联方式电连接,若该感温组件检测发热组件的温度高于一门坎值时,即自动断路以切断该发热组件的电源。本实用新型可准确量测发热组件的温度,并将该发热组件与感温组件整合为单一模块,有效降低制造成本。
