Abstract

A mine-used explosion-proof electronic trumpet of the utility model belongs to a field of mine-used explosion-proof electronic technology and is used for mining, explosion-proof and flame-proof aims, wherein, the resonant cavity trumpet, the shell and the electric control section in the shell of the utility model are all cured and shaped into explosion-proof and flame-proof structures by using potting liquids and firming agents, while middle parts of extraction cabled yarns and extraction pillar canals also use the potting and curing technology to shape the explosion-proof and flame-proof structures, the potting and curing structures can also be shock-proof, water-proof, safe and durable, the shell and the resonant cavity trumpet is an over-all structure which is favorable to form the explosion-proof and flame-proof structure; the electronic circuit of the electric control section is an intrinsically and non-intrinsically safe structure, a short circuit protection circuit is arranged in the circuit to ensure the safety of using the sound control switch under the condition of high currents, the drive circuit is connected with the sound drive coil by non-contact, the non-contact connection can directly prevent striking a light and ensure the mine-used safety. The mine-used explosion-proof electronic trumpet has a beautiful appearance, a high sound, a small noise, a long transmission distance and a good explosion-proof performance, thus being suitable to use in mines which has dangers of gas or explosions of coal dusts.
本实用新型的矿用防爆电子喇叭属矿用防爆电子技术领域,为矿用、防爆、隔爆的目的,它的共鸣腔喇叭、外壳及其内的电动控制部分整体采用灌封液加固化剂固化形成防爆、隔爆密封结构,引出缆线与引出柱管间也采用灌封固化技术形成防爆、隔爆密封结构,灌封固化结构还能防震、防水,安全耐用,其外壳与共鸣腔喇叭为整体一体结构,整体结构有利于构成防爆、隔爆密封结构;它的电动控制部分的电子电路是本安型、非本安型结构,电路中设置有防短路保护电路,使声响控制开关在大电流下工作也确保使用安全,驱动电路与其声响驱动线圈间为无触点联接,无触点联接直接防止打火,可确保矿用安全,该矿用防爆电子喇叭外形美观,声响大、噪音小、传输距离远,防爆性能好,适合在含有瓦斯或煤尘爆炸危险的煤矿中使用。
